Sizing:

For your convince we have each top and dress measured at the bust and length. Length: measured from the top of the shoulder to the bottom hem. Bust: measured at the fullest part of your bust with the measuring tape fitting comfortably. Our models information can be found under our Meet The Model blog post. If you have any further questions about sizing, please feel free to email us at info@eulaferns.com

Processing your Eula Fern's Purchase:

We know how excited you will be to receive your new Eula Fern's items, and we willl do our best to get you your purchase as soon as we can. Please allow 1-2 business days to ship out your order! Once shipped, most orders take anywhere from 2 to 5 business days to arrive. Thank you for your patience!

Returns:

Thank you for shopping with www.eulaferns.com. For any concerns please feel free to contact us, Monday through Friday 9:00-5:00 CST at 731-803-8852 or email us at info@eulaferns.com. We know that not every purchase will fit and returns or exchanges are sometimes needed. Because of this, we offer a no hassle easy return policy. Please read our return policy on our website and use the return form included in your package.

We will pay the return shipping cost if the item is a result of our error or if you received a defective item. All original tags must still be attached. We will not accept returns with the tags removed or if the item is not in the original condition. You have ten days from the day the order was placed to report it as being damaged. We will not accept any error/damaged item after the 10 day period. No exceptions. Any items returned for other reasons must also still have tags attached and be in its original condition. These items will be accepted if they are post-marked back to Eula Fern's within 21 days of your order. All returns postmarked within ten days of the order date will be issued a refund to the original form of payment. Returns postmarked within 11 to 21 days of the order date will be issued a store credit to your account.

Complete the return form that was included in your package. Send your package back to us using any shipping carrier you prefer. You are responsible for paying the shipping cost for returns, which is nonrefundable. Once your package is received please allow our returns department up to three business days for processing. When your return is processed you will receive an email notification.

As always, all items purchased during sales, clearance sales, flash sales, or any discounts 20% and over are all final sales and cannot be returned for store credit.All sale items are final!
